Privacy policy

SaveMinute is an operating desk for AI agents. This page says what we collect, what stays in your workspace, and how secrets are treated.

What we collect

Account email and workspace name when you open a desk. Agent names, skill lists, memory you store, run logs, and payment metadata you choose to keep on the desk. Browser basics needed to keep the session up. Mail if you write us.

What we do not want

We do not use workspace memory to train public models. We do not sell agent logs. We do not put secret values into analytics.

Secrets

Vault items are stored encrypted. Agents receive a short lease, not a permanent copy in the memory file. If you revoke a secret, open leases are cut. Do not paste live keys into chat on purpose. The desk is built so you do not have to.

Memory and finance records

Memory pins, ledger rows, and message archives stay in the workspace you put them in. You can export or wipe a file. Wipes are permanent after a short recycle window for accidents.

Payments

When you enable a payment rail, the processor sees what it needs to move money. We keep the receipt, the cap, and the vendor note on the desk. Card numbers are not stored on SaveMinute.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie and local storage so the workspace stays open on that browser. No ad trackers on this site.

Age

The desk is for people 18 and older.
